You know I have that awful teory, that the Fai who has been travelling with them is true!Fai and Yuui is the one who died. And that would be horrible, considering Yuui tried so hard to reach his brother and Fai just chose himself (Which I can't really believe either). Kuro may not be from royalty, but he is still a noble (young lord of Suwa). Are we so sure that our Fye is the strongest? We know he hides many things, maybe also his fears. We still don't know Fye's answer... and I can't believe he chose to sacrifice his twin! I mean, he refused when the emperor asked them - but some could say that they were really young back then, and that they didn't know what was waiting for them. More importantly, he seems so determined to climb up, save his twin and leave together... Has Fye really chosen to "erase [his twin's] life"?! thanks for translation su_chan ^___^ i always translate for myself anyways but this chapter is just too sad, i can't even look at it anymore cute little kid on the pile of corpses... '__' i'm beginning to get comfused which one of the twins is our Fay and which one had the deal with FWR... also interesting about the bodies of the criminals. they don't rot just because the valley is cursed or does it have anything to do with Fay's magic. I can understand the twin thing but... how many brothers are there? It sounds like there are 3. The younger brother, Fay and Yuy's father, the King and the Emperor. As much as I'd like that to be true (and for them to have a nice uncle and an evil uncle) Japanese is a funny language like that and my understanding of it can't figure it out on my own. Is there only 1 elder brother the Kyouou who is also the Ou (Emperor)of the country and the Teiou the younger brother who is Fai and Yuy's father? (Reply to this)

thanks for the translation, and dont you think this reminds you of SaGa Frontier? (rpg by Squaresoft if you played it, that's it =3). I remember one of the story tells story of magician named Blue from Magic Kingdom who is destined to kill his own twin to achieve the title of Magician King, but in the end, it was revealed that they are originally a single being, only their soul splitted. When in Chapter 148, we assume that Fai is the one below, the one who watched his brother fall from the tower to his death, to bear the curse? Well, I have this very weird theory. What if...dun dun dun, the one at the bottom really was Yuui and he was the one who let Fai fall to his death and when Ashura showed up, swaped his life -somehow- for Fai's in guilt? It's complicated and most probably wrong but it's possible... But then why does the twin kid say "You Killed Me?" CLAMP, we need answers~! I'm dying over this chapter.
